salam penghujung tahun 1431. insyaallah kalau diberikan kesempatan oleh Allah swt, esok umat islam akan menyambut awal muharram. jgn lupa baca doa akhir tahun sblm masuknya waktu maghrib hari ni ye kwn2.

sy sedar akhir2 ini update di fb semcm menggambarkan sy mempunyai masalah yg maha berat. malah ada yg menyangka sy telah putus cinta@kasih ehehe tergelak sy dibuatnya. terima kasih diatas keprihatinan kwn2 n x lupa juga saudara-mara. semua ini menyedarkan sy bahawa beruntungnya sy kerana mempunyai kwn2 n saudara mara yg sentiasa mengambil berat wpn ada antara kita terpisah jarak. utk makluman kwn2, masalah yg sy hadapi tidaklah terlalu besar. ia hanyalah masalah keluarga yg tidak mampu sy coretkan di blog yg x seberapa ini. cuma apa yg ingin sy kongsikan bagaimana sy mendefinasikan perkataaan kasih sayang mengikut kefahaman diri yg serba kekurangan ini;)

sy dilahirkan didlm keluarga yg tidak mempamerkan kasih sayang secara zahir. secara jujur semasa di peringkat remaja sy secara diam-diam memberontak dgn kehidupan sy. bg sy byk perkara yg tidak sy sukai mengenai keluarga sy. bagi remaja yg meningkat usia sy mahukan ibu bapa yg mengikut kehendak sy. pd ketika itu, definisi kasih sayang adlh memenuhi keperluan, kemahuan n kehendak sy shj. betapa ceteknya ilmu n akal sy ketika itu. alhamdulillah makin meningkat dewasa sy semakin rasional dlm memberi makna kpd perkataan kasih sayang itu sendiri. sy mampu menilai pengorbanan ibu bapa sy sepnjg hidup sy; pengorbanan yg tak terbalas. mata hati sy sudah celik apb melihat bapa sy sggup turun ke dapur semata-mata utk membekalkan sy dgn menu istimewanya apb musim cuti semester berakhir. hati sy telah dilembutkan dgn kerisauan yg terpamer di wajah ibu sy apb sy mahu pulang ke utara tanah air demi sesuap nasi(hanya menyenaraikan beberapa contoh) adakah itu semua masih tidak cukup utk menunjukkan bahawa mereka sbnrnya kasih & sayang terhadap sy?bagi sy mereka menyayangi sy n adik2 dgn cara mereka sendiri. peringatan buat diri sendiri; ingatlah tiada seorang pn ibu @ bapa yg tidak menyayangi anak-anak mereka. kita di pihak anak2 juga perlu berusaha memahami erti kasih sayang yg diberikan. semoga dengan tahun baru ini, sy mampu menjadi anak n kakak yg bertanggungjawab. sesungguhnya sy amat menyayangi keluarga sy wpn kdg2 sy x mampu menzahirkan dgn kata2.

pernahkah anda terfikir bagaimana hidup tanpa seorang yg bernama sahabat/teman/kawan. apa jua panggilan yg diberikan, hidup saya akan terasa kosong n gelap tanpa kehadiran sahabat. sy amat beruntung kerana Allah swt telah mempertemukan sy dgn beberapa orang sahabat sepanjang 26 tahun bernafas di bumi-Nya. sahabat-sahabat yg sekepala, gila-gila, suka travel, suka makan n pada masa yg sama memahami n menerima sy seadanya. seperkara yg menarik, kami adalah individu yg sama tapi tak serupa. masing2 mempunyai karektor yg tersendiri n unik tp kami akn bersetuju dgn beberapa perkara iaitu; RM, shopping, foods, percutian bajet, beautiful places n hot guys ehehehe. owh rindunya dgn insan-insan ni:

hi peeps. still in raya mood?! as for me, bila dh besar2 mcm ni dh x excited sgt nk raya. as usual, my raya celebration was quite similar with last year je. i went back to both kampung; pekan n maran,makan ketupat-lemang-biskut raya, met with my dearest friends n had a picnic by the sea. nothing much different though i had a-2weeks-leave. raya puasa - done. now, waiting for raya haji plak. i'm planning to take 3 days leave. can't wait to go back to kuantan AGAIN!!!! yahoooo!!!

okla enoungh with raya stories. yesterday, i had an issue with a student. mls nk cite sbb mls nk ingat how rude was the student. to ease my problem, i did closet cleaning. for me, it's a kind of way to get rid of the problem temporarily. it turned out that i have to discard 3 pairs of pants and 3 pairs of kebaya because of my bigger thighs n bloated tummy. huhuhu i want my normal size back!!!!

after cleaning out my closet, i realize that it has been ages since i did my last offline shopping. even when i was in kuantan i didn't manage to shop n use the padini voucher card. i also realize how boring my closet is. it is ONLY full with baju kurungs(work attire), t-shirts(dr zaman U), pants(i don't wear jeans anymore), blouses(mostly from padini) n muslimah blouses which i bought online. not that i'm being ungrateful but being like any other women, i just need MORE ehehe. yup i can't get enough of baju-bajuan. owh, did i mention that i have to discard 3 pairs of pants. probably i need at least one new pants

assalamualaikum wbt. it has been 2 months since my last post. alhamdulillah i'm still breathing though (literally) i've had to go through some bumpy roads for the past few months. at this moment, i miss my hometown. the place where i feel much more appreciated. n i miss the people badly. the people who would go through thick n thin with me, who would laugh at my not-so-lawak jokes n the most impotant; who won't treat me like i was invisible;(

i have no idea why certain people enjoy littering. i know i'm not good enough to mother nature either but at least i don't litter. when i was young, whenever we were in a car for our journey to somewhere, my abah would bring along a plastic bag to be used in the car. we could only throw the rubbish in that plastic bag or else we would get scolded by him. being a good plus sweet daughter i have never thrown rubbish outside my abah's car window. i thought i did that to please my abah only but alhamdulillah the habit continues even after i got my cars; from kancil to getz. so when a person who took ride in my car said that she wanted to throw the drink cup outside the car window, i was stunned. at that moment, i couldn't think, what on earth, at this century, certain people couldn't see the importance of keeping this world clean. please, please kamu jangan nakal opsss terlebih sudah. please keep our world clean as we don not inheret the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children. i couldn't imagine how do i live next 10, 20 years but i don't hope to live in a dump

halluu semua ;) dh lame x mengupdate blog ni. rasa2nye lps ni mmg akan update sekali sebulan je kot ehehe nothing really interesting happened in my life rite now. just wanna share the uniqueness of bandung especially the yummy foods. kalau berkesempatan ke bandung jgn lupa untuk mencuba makanan ni k;

1) aiskrim alpukat (avacado) - sgt sedap sbb rasa pure avacado n bkn pati je k. alpukat ni rasanye buah tempatan. siap jual berlonggok kt tepi jalan

2) tempe mendoan - sila abaikan model yg tengah memegang tempe mendoan tu ehehe tempe merupakan makanan wajib bg orang sunda. tp yg best nye diaorg ni kreatif dlm mempelbagaikan makanan. tempe mendoan disalut dgn tepung n sgt crispy n crunchy. rasanye kalau org x suka mkn tempe pn boleh jd suka bila mkn tempe mendoan ni;)

3) ayam penyet - menu ni dh berlambak kt malaysia tp x pnh berkesempatan try. so bila ada chance je terus la try menu ni. basically orang kt sana mmg jenis mkan mcm ni. mksudnye diaorg xde la mkanan berkuah n bergulai sgt. tp yg wajib ada mesti sambal cili, tempe, tauhu n sayur. yg pastinya ayam penyet ni mmg pedas. ayam tu disaluti sambal ikan bilis yg extra hot4) strawberry - ehehehe mcm kt malaysia xde strawberry. tp ni lain tau. sgt manis n sedap. beli time pg tangkuban perahu n menurut pak penjual, strawberry ni ditanam secara organik. mungkin sebab tu buah ni jd manis n sedap ;)

5) tauhu sumedang - tauhu ni mcm rasa tauhu goreng je. tp yg peliknya rasa tauhu ni berlemak n x oily. sesuai dimakan sbgai hidangan minuman petang

tiada gambar;
6) teh botol - teh di dalam botol. my all time favourite ;)
7) pisang keju coklat - pisang ditaburi keju parut n choc rice. yg ni pn sedap. rasa lemak, masin n manis bergabung dlm 1 rasa (mcm 1malaysia plak ehehe)

8) mee bakso - mcm mee sup lebih tepat mee air + bakso (meatballs)
9) ayam bakar bumbu bali - a must try menu ; recommended to those who don't really like spicy food
10) bakwan jagung - di malaysia lebih dikenali sebagai cucur (cucuq) jagung

sebenarnya banyak lagi menu yg x sempat dicuba. insyaallah kalau ada rezeki pasti bandung menjadi pilihan percutianku lagi;)

morning vibrant wednesday;) tinggal lg 2 hari je sebelum 2009 melabuhkan tirainya(ayt cliche suratkhabar) hahaha.. bila thn baru je mmg x sah kalau x pasang azam baru kn. tp utk tahun baru ni aku nk recycle je azam 2009 sbb aku rasa mcm loser skit tahun ni;( oleh itu, mari lah kita same2 muhasabah diri spy tahun baru ni lebih baik dr tahun sebelumnya
suka 2009 sebab:

1) pertama kali menjejakkan kaki ke istana budaya n tgk teater PGL. PGL mmg superb n awesome
2) pertama kali pg island trip n cuba snorkeling-->sy seorg yg takut AIR k ehehe
3) alhamdulillah berjaya dlm induksi n btn setelah hampir 2 thn keje kt gomen ni
4) menjadi ACIK sbb kwn baik dpt baby boy(zharef) bln 5 aritu
5) anis n yamie dtg cuti-cuti perlis
6) dpt housemate baru
7) wujudnya blog ni; wpn byk merapu sbnrnye ehehe
8) dpt belajar buat kek wpn x pnh praktis dh lps tu
9) masih diberikn kesempatan utk berjumpa dgn ramadhan n syawal;) thn dpn belum tentu n pasti lg =p

x suka 2009 sebab:
1) agak BOROS berbelanja ---> amalan syaiton ni..mmg kena insaf lps ni kuikuikui
2) x dpt visit k.ngah di bandung sbb amalan di perkara 1 di atas hahaha
3) x dpt bonus ---> kenapa perkara 3 masih berkisar mengenai isu RM?
4) terpaksa sedekahkan duit secara paksa rela sbb kena saman sebanyak 3x---> melayang lg RM
5) mood further study masih belum muncul/datang
6) my prince charming masih berhide n seek. ada sape2 x nmpk my prince charming hahaha

ni je la yg dpt aku list mengenai ape yg aku suka n x duka psl 2009. tp not bad la kn sbb ada 9 bnda yg aku suka brbanding 6 perkara yg aku x suka dlm tahun 2009 ni. semoga allah memberikan aku kesempatan utk berubah menjadi hamba-Nya yg lebih soleh, anak yg taat, kakak yg bertanggungjawab, pekerja yg amanah, kawan yg jujur n rakyat yg dpt berbakti. amin;)

hello windy n sunny monday;) i'm stucked in my office without my partition mates. gosh, i really need a vacation but my finance doesn't allow me to have any blissful holiday at the moment;( hopefully, next year i'll be more discipline in managing the $<--- one of my new year resolutions ;p ehehehe today is 21 and we have no more than 10 days before the clock's ticking to its last second for year 2009. honestly, i fail to achieve most of my 2009 resolutions but i wouldn't let these failures haunting me forever. i know that every cloud has a silver lining;) ganbate amalina!! last saturday, i spend my day by being tourist guide cum driver to abg zahar n family. sape2 nk perkhidmatan tourist guide n driver tanpa bayaran sila contact me personally k ehehe. thanks to abg zahar for letting me driving his new wish ehehehe. we went to padang besar n the zone bukit kayu hitam. i did buy new shoes at the zone. skrg dh menyesal sbb dh jatuh cinta pandang pertama kt mr clarks tp sbb xde size terpaksa beli p.cik scholl je la (mls nk upload pic sbb xdela vogue sgt kasut tu). i ni mmg jenis x fikir panjang klau time shopping. klau dh suka mesti grab tp sblm tu tgk purse ada $$$ ke x ehehemy mr crush - x sangka size kaki mengecil bila pakai clarks. i normally wear size 5 or 6 but with clarks my size is just 4 ehehe

speaking of the witch, i was never knew that i had being called kasut BESAR when i was in SEM*** hahaha. why on earth, i bought kasut BESAR for my school shoes at that time. i myself couldn't figure out the reason hahaha. klau nk tau sbbnye kena mintak pertolongan doraemon utk kembali ke zaman 2000. if you want to know i was very comot during my school years. i didn't have much baju, tudung, kasut or bag those days. i would use the same baju n i always mismatched the tudung with the baju because i had the basic colours scheme of tudung only i.e cream, black and white hahaha kelakar plak bila ingat zmn2 moneyless dulu. padini, adidas, nike, giardano, clarks etc were not in my dictionary at that time. i wore local brand like canggih for my school uniform, bata for my school shoes, cap ayam for my school bag, hand-me-down tudung bawal from my mak, bum or diesel for my jeans and t-shirts. shopping at OCEAN or PARKSON RIA would make me smile from ear to ear back then. how naive was i. mesti comel je kn i mase muda2 remaja dulu hahaha. these days, my sisters are quite lucky. they have more baju, tudung, kasut or bag compare to me when i was at the same age as theirs. n for myself, there is no more kasut BESAR hehehe. ukurlah kasut di kaki sendiri;)

cobaan 1 cobaan 2. ini bukan cobaan, ini betul-betul ehehe. yup ini adalah cobaan yg betul-betul yg pertama utk i join contest yg diorganize oleh blogger lain. wpn persaingan amat sengit dr blogger2 lain namun i kena jgk try join contest ni. mana la tau i ni insan bertuah yg bakal dipilih sebagai winner kn;p

the contest is actually organized by ween in conjunction of her 20th birthday. honestly i don't have any idea on what to give to ween for her birthday this coming 19 december; makan x kenyang mandi x basah tau thinking on what to give to her; until she commented on my previous entry. you see, this lovely n sweet ween loves to leave comments in my blog which i do really really appreciate it;) when i started to know AMS, ween used to post about her daily outfits frequently. i ni mmg jenis suka observe org. klau pg window shopping mesti mata i melilau je tgk beg, kasut n baju org sambil berkata2 dlm hati 'wow cantiknye!' kdg2 pandai2 je berubah menjadi pengkritik tetap tangkap muat 'x sesuainye la baju n tudung minah tu' ehehehe kejam x i ni? klau blogwalking pn suka tgk blogger yg post outfits. so i think DSLR camera would be a great present for ween. bolehla nnti ween snap tons of pictures to be uploaded in her blogkn [*-*] tp 1 thing yg jdk problemnye. setahu i DSLR ni byk jenis. nk bg yg mana 1 ye?

coklat bukan sebarang cokelat. mai..mai dtg rapat hahaha mcm nk promote ubat je. during my short trip to kl, miss nina brought us to dine in at Theobroma Chocolate Lounge at Bangsar Village. this is actually my first time being in a chocolate cafe. personally, if you are a chocoholic, it's a nice place to chill out and catch up with your besties. terjakun skit sbb x tau nk order ape so consult la dgn miss nina tu ehehe. sadly, my camera wasn't in the good mood;( (thinking of buying dslr hehehe). couldn't wait to grab all the pictures from nina dearie!!!

nk lampu mcm ni utk bilik boleh x?

i ordered chocolate affairs; choc fondue that comes with 4 types of fruits- bananas, strawberries, oranges n kiwi fruits- and some marshmallows and also meatballs with tomato sauce as i still haven't had my lunch (x smpt snap pic sbb camera dh buat hal. i'll upload later once i got the pictures from nina). among all the fruits, the banana taste the best when coated with the melted choc although cik nina n cik anis having trouble eating the bananas as the bananas slipped easily from their fruit picks hahaha while orange give weird sour-sweet-chocolatey taste miss shiela(picture above) ordered little jane. a nice hot chocolate served in the tiny little cup. if i were shiela i could drink that in just 1 sip ehehe. MRS Y ordered snow white frappe and sultana pancake. i would recommend the snow white frappe if you are a sweet tooth. it was a bit too sweet for my liking though

miss nina yg mata duitan h$h$h$. thanks nina for introducing this place to me;) miss wanie's (anis's colleague) trying to snap picture of sultana pancake; i would say this is my favourite - the pancake served with choc chip, sultana raisins n choc syrup. kelihatan juga little jane kepunyaan shiela di gambar itu; sebelah papercup yg berwarna putih. bukti yg menunjukkan betapa keciknye little jane ehehe. overall i'm having the great pleasant experience in theobroma chocolate lounge. what's more could i ask if i'm being accompanied with my great friends n great foods in a nice place\(*-*)/

i have been TAGged by aswa n yamie. but don't worry, it's not a new kind of virus ehehehe. as this is my first tag n to be fair, i'll be extra-hardworking by writing 5 interesting facts about both of them:

aswa n yamie are my schoolmate when i was in SEM***. being a new student, it's difficult for me to adapt with the new environment, new system, different way of studying and learning where you have 2 prep everyday, people: teachers, wardens, girl friends, the students from opposite gender(i just don't know how to acknowledge the boys in SEM***), prefects, BIPAIs but i was lucky enough to have them as part of my friends. honestly, we didn't that close during those 2 years but it's actually a solid foundation for us to maintain our friendship till today. i'm proud to say that they are my BFF. they are great listeners-cum-personal shopping advisor ehehe
they are indeed love to shop, shop n shop: online n offline. just read at how many entries about their addiction
both of them have cats as their pet
yamie is definitely a great F1 driver. maybe she could be the best candidate for 1Malaysia F1 team hahaha. on the other hand, aswa is still in the learning process on how to be a great F1 driver hahaha. but 1 thing that i'm sure, aswa is really good in art. i still keep her artworks in my album=)
yamie was once a gymnast and aswa is now studying in UUM [?]

now, it's time for me to write (10) interesting facts about myself and my hobbies:

i have stopped online shopping since last october *clap**clap*
i love to watch all sort of crime-murder-mystery investigation series which explain how much i love watching CSI, Crossing Jordan, X-Files, Detective Conan, Criminal Mind
i'm not really a movie person
i appreciate decent food. i don't mind spending for good-delicious-healthy food
i come from a big family and i'm the eldest. people usually think that i'm the youngest. do i look immature to be the eldest?
i don't have any hobby i guess, so i just continue with interesting facts about myself ehehe
i'm not a sport person. i don't play any
i melt easily with cute and colourful stuffs; rainbow, butterfly, cupcakes. so guys outside there, you know now how to win my heart rite=p
i always dream myself being a housewife who prepares food for my hubby n kids. such a day dreamer hahaha
i'm afraid of needle, medicine, doctor, clinic n hospital hahaha

phew..it's hard to come out with 10 interesting facts about myself as i'm just an ordinary and simple person ehehe. the last thing that i need to do is to pick (10) deserving recipients and describe them. can i pick the people who tagged me??

yahoo!! i did manage to change this blog into 3 column blog. thanks to this blog. simplicity is the best word to describe my blog for the time being. i was actually being inspired by ween's blog. she's still young yet she could attract many readers and followers by her informative-funny-educational entry. owh i know there are many good bloggers outside there whom i admire a lot. as i'm not really an avid blogger and i have never ever thought of being one, i must say that the reason for me to have this blog is to share my words. this blog used to have this long n unmemorable name; mywordsdescribemyfeeling before i decided to change it into sikakitulis ehehe. i won't stop writing but i'll try to improve by being a good writer/blogger. wish me luck friends=)

i've been wanted to try carl's jr ever since i read miss fifi's blog. ye, sy mmg mudah terpengaruh + terpedaya dgn gambar2 makanan yg best- iklan kt tv pn boleh buat my mouth watering. it was my first time there and honestly i didn't know what to order. at last, i made up my mind and ordered this medium size combo (sumpah x igt nama en burger ni)

personally, the burger taste yummier and the size is even twice bigger than MCD(compare to chicken deluxe burger size ye kawan-kawan). i love the combination of cheese, beef patty and the sauce. it melted nicely in my mouth. yummy!!! i'm looking forward to try the beef chilli cheese fries

as promised by k.z aka kiambang, we drove to wangsa maju for our food hunting trip. we lost a couple of times but we managed to find the restaurant *-* makan time!! we ordered the first package which includes refillable chinese tea, rice for 1-3 person, and 4 dishes. we chose mix veggie, black pepper beef, tom yam seafood and steamed siakap with 3 flavours sauce. as requested by me, k.z added butter prawn into our dinner that day.\(*-*)/ hooray!!!

my favourite; butter prawn. could u believe that i ate half of these??

Siakap stim 3 rasa. the 3 flavours sauce was not up to our expectation but the flesh was fresh, and smooth. luckily the size of fish was just nice for 2 of us

i love this tom yam. the tom yam was not too spicy and i could taste the ingredients were blended nicely in the tom yam gravy- mild sweet and creamy sour

i love their mix veggie as it was not overcooked

this is k.z's favourite; black pepper beef. the black pepper sauce was really tasty and the beefs were tender and juicy. at first i thought it would be hot and spicy but it turned out wrong. it really suit my taste

hello the day after sunday. i spent my weekend with eating, eating n eating. on saturday's night fever, i've been invited by my housemate to JHP deparaya open house. the foods were scrumptious delicious; i ate lemang, rendang daging, roti jala (suke sgt2!!!), nasi impit with kuah kacang, lontong, ice cream

at the age of 25, i've been bombarded with questions about marriage.who doesn't want to get married?! i'm sure everyone does. honestly i'm not really tense up with the situation as most of my bestest friends still carry the status SINGLE with them ehehe. it's like a comfort zone for me to stay single even though at this age i should have at least a child erk??
personaly, i don't think i'm ready to be someone's WIFE. i'm not ready to have commitments as a married career woman
from my point of views, marriage is not only the sharing of love and passion together. it means sharing your whole entire life together. it's the acceptance of each strengths and weaknesses. it's the tolerance of each similarities and differences. it's a sharing of likes and dislikes. it's how you decide on which side to go back for hari raya every year. it's how you reveal each ugly truth. it's how you go through thick n thin together. it's how you disagree but you support each other decisions. it's how at the end of your age, both of you could still sit side by side holding hands and sharing the ups and downs in your marriage=) see!! how complicated do i view the concept of marriage. no wonder i'm still single until now hahahaha

raya ke 2 di rumah abah di kampung sg ling di maransuasana ruang tamu yg tenang n bersih slps upacara pembunuhan mengkarung beramai-ramai. cuba tgk kt tingkap tu. apakah yg anda dpt lihat? daun kelapa sawitkn.. sbb tu la byk mengkarung kt rumah ni. diaorg menginap dlm sofa tu. rase2nye dlm 5 ekoq mengkarung yg dpt dibunuh oleh ayah n adik2 lelaki aku. yg lain hanya jd penonton smbil menjerit kegelian n ketakutan. mlm raya ke 2 tu, spt tahun lepas, m.cik, p.cik n sepupu berkumpul di rumah abah utk makan2 n borak2. penat mmg x boleh nk ckpla..nk dekat pkul 1 baru boleh tido. tp mmg seronok n meriah bila dpt berkumpul ramai2

raya ke 3, slps menziarahi pusara arwah nenek n atuk n mengunjungi beberapa rumah di kampung, kami menuju ke jengka 15- rumah m.cik aku, adik kepada abah. aku terpaksa berpakaian tidak formal sbb tahun ni hanya ada 2 pasang baju kurung. so raya ke 3, pakai blouse n slack je huhuhu

raya ke 4, aku n adik2 aku yg lain bersiap2 utk balik ke kuantan. mlm tu beraya dgn pie, yoyie, aswa, nina, shiela n yamie di coffeestreet. spt biasa kalau lepak dgn cik nina, cik yamie, cik shiela mesti akn ada sesi kaunseling hahahakonklusinya raya tahun ni mmg best n meriah. semoga dapat berjumpa dgn ramadhan n syawal tahun depan. insyaallah=)

it has been such a long time i stopped from online shopping. imagine, there's no parcel for me in this 2 months huhuhu. rasa mcm lost je ehehehe. this month is like a come back for me. i used my birthday as an excuse to shop. does it mean waste your money amalina? no..no..no..it's self-rewarding ehehehe. i got influenced easily with my friends' reviews; yamie n aswa(kwn2 ku sila jgn buat review ttg brg yg anda semua beli k). so these are my worth buying for this month;

FRIENDS part I

as we go through our life, we met a lot of people that we can call FRIENDS. some remains to be FRIENDS and most of them turn up just to be acquaintances. i'm blessed to be given chance to know a few REAL friends in my life. i do always pray that our friendship will stay forever. maintaining life long friendship is not a piece of cake. the effort should come from both sides. there is a saying ' a true friend is something that can stand the test of time'. this saying doesn't work on me as i'm not an angel. how would we remain to be friend if we haven't spoken, met and kept in touch with each other for almost 2 years? i tried to understand that life will change after we've graduated. we will have our own commitments, we will live in different places, we will have different careers and we will have our own different life. but to ignore me again and again, really break my heart. i need time to heal that wound. like a seeding, it's planted, cared for, fed nutrients, observed and appreciated to make sure it grows into something flourishing and beautiful. the same goes with friendship. it requires effort, sacrifice and compromise. for those who still value me as their friends, no word could describe my feeling. i just feel grateful and thankful=)

last weekend was a blast for me. i had good times with the kaki's- shopping, eating, laughing, merapu-ing ehehehe. let's the pictures do the talking k=) pictures yg diupload sgtla byk wpn bkn dicapture oleh photog yg bertauliah. janji aku suka semua pictures ni ehehehe

WEAR MASK FOR PROTECTION! we had to pay 20 cent per person to go into this toilet for the sake of wearing masks (mana ada benda free kt kl ni). it's nina who FORCED us to wear that masks. nina is a very health-conscious err should i call freak ehehehe girl. dh mcm robot dh aku tgk depa ni ehehehe. yamie trpaksa menutup muka spy identitinya tidak diketahui umum ehehehe our first destination; jalan masjid india. rambang mata tengok baju n tudung kt sini. alhamdulillah.. nina telah mendapat nur cahaya ramadhan ehehehe she planned to buy new kain telekung but she ended up with buying none huhuhu sumpah aku x nk dh shopping dgn ko nina. nk pengsan n nk trmuntah tau x!!!!

3 kaki's in the train. on the way back after having our second round of shopping spree at jalan masjid india. we had our buka-puasa at SOGO food court je as nina said that we have to wait for anis for our main grand buka puasa dayit's my second day in k.l. we went to mid for our shopping spree..again!!!!. sales di merata-rata tempat. tergugat imanku ehehehe. nina nk sgt amik pic dgn lembu ni. isk pelik betul la. kt kg ko xde lembu ke nina ehehehe mai dtg perlis. aku amik pic ko dgn lembu ori hahahahaanis has come into the picture.. jom berwindow-shopping lagi! we went back to nina's house around 6pm to get ready for our buka puasa best dpt berbuka dgn kaki's. burp...mmg sgt kenyang. we were wearing traditional baju kurung. thanks nina for making us wearing baju kurung. i think we looked sweet and cute je. mcm perempuan melayu terakhir kn..kn..

say good bye to THE SEOUL GARDEN( me wearing polka-dot japenese cotton baju kurung, red rubi shoes and my all time favourite-wrinkless-senang dibentuk-black shawl). then we headed to uptown cheras. i could barely open my eyes. nina as usual still had the energy to tawaf the place it's sunday. people said time flies too fast when we're having fun rite. it's time to get back to reality. no more shopping. no more hanging around with anis, nina n yamie. no more dining out at fancy restaurant. thanks anis for the ride. thanks nina for the accommodation. thanks yamie for the KRISPY KREME(it's not really my cup of tea though; it's tooooo sweet). i arrived safely at kepala batas at 8.15 am. during my journey, i got to know new friend. we had conversation before the plane took off (i slept for the rest of journey; pdhal x smpai sejm pn tp mmg ngantuk sgt2) i rarely start the conversation with stranger actually. maybe the good mood changes me that day ehehehe. girls let's do it again k. next time make sure shiela is available during our gathering-cum-shopping spree ye

insyaallah esok sampai kl dalam pukul 9 lebih macamtu. pastu kena tunggu cik yam yang dijangka sampai dalam pukul 12 lebih kat kl sentral. uwaaa cepatla cik yam sampai. daku x sanggup menunggumu sorang2 kat kl sentral tu. hopefully misi ke kl kali ni akan berjaya. as i wrote in my previuos entry i do really need new dress. harap2 jumpa baju yg berkenan di mata & hati ini ehehehe

ya ALLAH. it's august already. phew...time really flies in a blink. i don't even realize 7 months have gone with the wind, leave me without any warning. God has given the same 24 hours (not more or less) to every single human being in this world. yet i found it's not enough huhuhuhu. i admit that i'm not good in time management. i like to procrastinate; wasting the precious time. awful rite? however, after reading 'SETENGAH BERISI SETENGAH KOSONG' written by Parlindungan Marpaung (mind you the author is indonesian), i know i could turn myself into a better ME. the motivational stories somehow transformed my perspective on a few things which i tend to overlook all this while. i try to see things differently with the interesting new insights. i try to appreciate every minutes in my life. i try to be grateful for what i have in my life. i try to give break to my own life. i try to gaze upon the sky and see how beautiful the clouds are. i try to enjoy my life to the fullest. i try to get up after every failure. i try to learn from mistakes. the list will go on as life itself is a lesson

the smallest state, perlis was invaded by 2 lil' creatures from the outer space(you have to believe me!). the aliens brought along with them the most dangerous virus called virus makanbykgelakkuatmerapuhabisknduitdlmsekelipmata. it was reported that one girl from pauh had been infected with this virus. the girl however had been promised to be cured if she showed the beautiful places before they went back to their own planet.the girl decided to bring them to several places in alor star and perlis in order to get rid the virus from her life

the symptom after being infected by the virus = me trying to be a scarecrow

they were very excited to see the greeny paddy field

they tried to attack the tower but the girl managed to stop them hahahaha. we had our dessert at the revolving restaurant but the service was quite awful

pssttt..it's a secret k. don't judge yamie by her look. the truth is, she ate a lot!

i end june with the worst day ever in my life. i got stranded for almost 7 hours yesterday.. i repeat..7 hours! to make my day even worst, i got scolded by the bus driver huhuhuhuhuhu personally, that pak cik needs to learn how to be polite. come on la pak cik; i'm not the type who likes to raise my voice without reason! just couldn't describe how geram i was yesterday.

2 parcels in a week!feww mcmana nk pg holiday ni ehehehehe. the first is from penny which i got on monday and it's actually a present for my bff. i hope my pressie will keep her warm all the time. k.sue nk ikut pg jepun!!! the later is a red and checkered dress from LMF which i got on tuesday(they are super duper creative with the photos)

*as requested by sheila oh la la...(got the original recipe from here)
what do you need?
- minced chicken(RAMLI pn best)
- shallots; chopped finely
- carrots; chopped finely
- eggs
- salt (ajinomoto pn boleh)
- cheese
- oil
- bread
how?

1. heat up some oil in a frying pan. add the shallots, fry until fragrant. add the minced chicken and carrots. fry until cooked

* sheila, if you don't want to fry the chicken mixture, just add all the ingredients into the beaten eggs. but if you fry it first, it'll give more flavour to your bread later =p

2. season the beaten eggs with salt. then add the chicken mixture

3. add some more oil to the pan. then spoon some of the chicken mixture into the pan. immediately press the bread onto the egg

4. fry the bread until the egg is cooked. wrap the bread with cheese and let it melt for a while

5. garnish the bread with mayonnaise and chili sauce. yummy!

it's weird. i woke up early n cooked seafood fried rice ('sedap tapi kurang pedas' as commented by my colleagues). am i sick? ehehehehe
obviously cooking is not my passion. i just couldn't stand the long process; from preparing the ingredients to washing all the dishes. that's why i prefer to eat outside- you can order anything, just name it especially if you eat at the food court where it serves variety of foods
i respect my abah(who doesn't adore and admire his/her own father right?). he used to be the best cook; he still actually but nowadays he doesn't have time to cook for us. my abah specialities are curry mee (sedapnye!), beef rendang and nasi beriani. he even went to cooking classes organized by CHEF LI(the SILENT MILLIONAIRE author). why don't i have any of my abah's traits? huhuhuhu

cooking is just like an experiment for me; whether you succeed or you fail. i'm started to have fun with my experiments =p

p/s: while writing this post, i'm trying to google any simplest recipe for my breakfast tomorrow. any suggestions?

hello monday's blue! i have a lot of works to do plus tons of assignment to be marked but i don't feel like doing anything. the only thing that i've done since this morning after my one and only class is surfing the net: blog walking and window shopping ehehehe. i just couldn't wait for this coming thursday but i still haven't packed my long-time-not-used haversack - having problem to decide on what to or not-to bring for my very first island trip=p we (kaki's) have been waiting for this trip since last year. yup we took almost a year to discuss and plan our trip due to the facts that all of us live in different parts of malaysia(2 kaki's in kuantan, 2 kaki's in kuala lumpur and 1 kaki's sesat jauh nun di utara) and of course we need to find the most suitable date so that all the kaki's will be able to join the trip. i pray that nothing bad happen during my journey from changlun-->kuala lumpur(puduraya)-->kuala lumpur(putra; i have to meet nina and shiela in putra and too bad the bus will only stop at puduraya and duta) -->besut-->perhentian island. wow, it's look like the longest journey ever for me! i hope the weather in perhentian is brighter and sunnier and the kaki's will enjoy and have fun during our island trip

p/s: got 1 good news from abang zali(k.z: my bestest uni friend/kakak is now a MAMA) after getting 2 bad news from my mak(kena saman 2x kat bentong dan taiping) still makes me HAPPY=)

cake making and deco class

i had so much fun last saturday; baking, decorating and eating cakes(no wonder i gain weight lately =p). i participated in cake making and deco class which was organized by DHK6 students.fyi, i've never baked any cake before and i actually miss the part i.e. baking = FUN

in the beginning of class, i didn't even know how to use the mixer ehehehe.i was very excited to learn how to bake baked cheesecake and chocolate moist cake. the instructor also told us that we could decorate the chocolate sponge cake later - i love this part! we were asked to be in a group of 3; ainul, 1 shk2 student and i. i pity the student because ainul and i became very dominant in this group. we did the baking part and she did the cleaning part ehehehehe(kejam x kitorg?). the cakes turned out well; delicious and yummy especially the baked cheesecake. as commented by my housemate aya; x pyh p secret recipe dh ni amie.

i was expecting to get 'B' on tuesday as GIN said she posted it on monday. so i rushed to admin at 3.30pm. i parked my car in front of admin- one of pakguards(not really pak because he seems so young to be 'pak'); adikguard told me i couldn't park my car there(i knew it because i could see a NO PARKING sign ehehehehhe). with my innocent face, he let me parked my car for 5 minutes after i told him it's an emergency. i went straight to the counter and this is a dialogue between me and kak gayah(real name):

me: kak gayah, ada tak bungkusan poslaju untuk saya?

k.g: jap ye, akak pi check (she went to en azizan's room n i followed her)

me: bungkusan untuk nur amalina bahtiar kak

k.g: tak da pun...

me: tu yang dalam plastik tu bukan (as if i didn't believe her)

k.g: bukan. ni siti aminah

me: owh tak pa la kak. terima kasih

i tried to cheer up myself; 'i know 'B' will arrive safely tomorrow'

the next day, after having my works done, i went to admin AGAIN but i preferred to walk rather than driving. this is how the conversation is going on:

me: kak gayah ada tak bungkusan poslaju untk saya? ( i asked the same question as before)
k.g: rasa-rasanya ada tak (she must be annoyed to see the same face with the same question for 2 days in a row)
* she went to en azizan's room and once again; i followed her. i could see there were a lot of parcels n i just hope there would be one parcel for me
k.g: tak da la amalina, cuba tengok kat depan tu
* i went to see the parcel but i knew none for me because all the parcels were in boxes
me: tak pa la kak. tak da. terima kasih

i was really dissapointed and i blamed poslaju for the fghdfhh service. i went to pigeonhole to take the letters and documents for JPA. *wink*- i could see a parcel; ya ALLAH mintak-mintak la aku punye

yeahhaaa!finally i could meet 'B' in person. i couldn't wait to open the parcel but i tried to be patient

we had our lunch before the perfomance started; the price is quite expensive yet the foods are tasteless. this is my first time watching musical theatre at ISTANA BUDAYA. "wow! this is how IB look like" (with my jaws opened) ehehehehehe.

we had 20 minutes break. this is when we had our photography session ehehehehe

my PERSONAL view; PGL is AWESOME, AMAZING, MAGNIFICIENT, SPECTACULAR etc- the set, the prop, the actors & actresses, the songs and the adorable Raja Ahmad. i love the DANCING parts(the dancers were very ENERGETIC) and the scene where Puteri Gunung Ledang disappeared from the stage.

ice cream time, kids! we enjoyed eating the ice cream and having lompat-lompat pictures

dinner at IZZI. see how we were being jakuned at the foods hehehehe

after eating the scrumptious meals, we headed to uptown danau kota. i fall asleep in the car while yamie was driving; sorry yamie! i was a little bit sleepy and didn't feel like SHOPPING. see the picture below; me with my sleepy face and sheila hardly opened her eyes ehehehehehe. we had such a wonderful time together=) you guys made my day!i couldn't explain my feelings with words(kucai said he could explain it in numbers<---kucai, i'm suck at numbers). i think this picture shows it all- i'm SUPER DUPER HAPPY=)

i had 4 days of CNY holidays...well, 3 days lazying myself in my new crib; the hidden meaning here is i was bored to death! but on sunday me n k.fiza went to kampung aman, penang for k.yam's wedding. the food was yummylicious=) n k.yam was super stunning n beautiful=)

we went to jusco perda before we went back to poli. i managed to control myself from spending toooo much $$$$$ ehehehehehehe

on the way back, we stopped by at sungai petani(u). we actually were very EAGER to try Radix Fried Chicken(RFC). i couldnt believe myself; i have to queue for almost 1 hour n 30 minutes to get the foods. my legs hurt, but i think it worth to queue that long due to the fact the chicken is an organic chicken=)
i spent the other 3 days with watching korean dramas n sleepinnnng ehehehehe.couldn't wait for this february 14=p
